As part of this journey, we’re growing our Loyalty experience across Flybuys, Coles Plus and Coles Plus Saver and we’re looking for a talented Product Designer to help shape what’s next. This is an end-to-end Product Design role where you’ll contribute to the ongoing evolution of Coles’ loyalty ecosystem. Working alongside a small team of Senior Designers, you’ll help design seamless, engaging customer experiences across both web and app. You’ll be hands-on in bringing new concepts to life, enhancing the customer journey, and delivering high-quality UI across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end customer experiences across the Coles digital ecosystem Create new concepts, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications Design landing pages, email templates, and key loyalty touchpoints Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams Apply and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability Continuously improve the customer journey across loyalty products and services About You Proven experience as a Pr oduct Designer working across end-to-end customer journeys Strong UI design capabiity with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency Experience working within and contributing to design systems Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, user-centric solutions Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Nice to have Experience working on loyalty programs or customer engagement platforms What’s in it for you?
