We are seeking a passionate Product Designer to join our product team. What you will be doing As a Product Designer, you’ll help shape products across the entire customer journey, from quote and purchase flows to claims and beyond. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer teams to design thoughtful, intuitive solutions that solve real problems and improve how customers feel about insurance. Specifically, you will: Own product design across web and mobile, turning insights into end-to-end user experiences. Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant, practical solutions. Maintain and evolve our design system to support consistency and scale. Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality from concept through to release. What we are looking for 3-5 years of product design experience. A first-principles thinker with the ability to move fast and iterate. A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work. Compensation & Benefits Yearly gross salary range €22.000 - 33.000€.
