SUMMARY

We’re looking for a versatile Product Designer with a strong generalist background spanning UX, UI, research, and project management. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our product development teams, collaborating closely to turn feedback, insights, and user needs into features. • Advocate for Users: Champion user needs, provide feedback, and push for experiences that truly solve customer problems.
• Own the User Experience: Lead projects end to end—conception, design, implementation, iteration—and continually look for opportunities to improve.
• Run UX Research: Create prototypes, conduct user testing and interviews, gather feedback, and analyze findings. Advocate for research-backed design decisions and a deeper understanding of user needs.
• Shape the Vision: Contribute to the product design and UX direction within your squad, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive, user-centric approach.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to identify problems, define goals, and set priorities that align with business objectives. Ensure design solutions are feasible and effectively communicated through to completion.
• Deliver Pixel-Perfect Designs: Produce high-fidelity visuals for new features, product enhancements, and customer requests, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Participate in evolving our Design System: Contribute to evolving, maintaining and improving Zone, Hubstaff’s Design System.
