Job Description

2-3 years of hands-on experience in UX/Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. A portfolio that highlights your design process, decision-making, and impact is essential.

  • Conducting user research such as interviews, usability tests, or surveys. Able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and explain the “why” behind your work to peers and stakeholders — especially through storytelling, flows, or wireframes.
  • Experience designing for mobile applications, with a familiarity in using Figma for design and collaboration.
  • Exposure to working with product managers and engineers in agile or iterative product environments. Open to feedback and receptive to team input.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to work independently with guidance when needed. Excellent verbal and written English communication skill

Responsibilities
  • Execute across all phases of design: research, define conceptual foundations, create UX flows, apply visual systems, prototype, produce production-ready designs, conduct usability testing, and support teams during implementation.
  • Create outstanding, engaging user experiences and UI patterns by applying UX best practices.
  • Use data analysis, testing, and UX metrics to validate concepts and improve design decisions.
  • Advocate for user needs and build empathy across cross-functional teams to align on solutions.
  • Adapt processes, collaborate effectively with design peers, and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
