Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Working closely with our Principal Product Designer, Senior Product Designer & Product and Engineering teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work on the UX/UI of Heidi’s products across multiple platforms such as web, desktop & mobile apps, and integrated products
- Create high-fidelity design solutions and prototypes that take the complexity out of the hands of clinicians, and solve challenging problems in innovative ways
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
- Work independently and collaboratively with other designers – providing and receiving thoughtful and constructive feedback on product and brand work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and more, to align on product vision and implementation
- Ensure engineers and delivery teams have the guidelines and artefacts required to implement designs in a clear and efficient way – providing smooth handover and QA to ensure pixel perfect implementation
- Advocate for and evangelize design thinking, accessibility, and user-centric design principles throughout the organization
- Stay up to date with competitors, market offerings, global trends and best practice to inform design improvements of our digital experiences
- Support the continuous improvement of our design process by contributing to our design frameworks and playbooks
