YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • Have at least a Certificate or Bachelor Degree in Product Design, User Interface and User Experience, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • A strong sense of taste for visual aesthetics, including layout, typography, and color schemes.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development
  • You possess natural curiosity about users and their needs, with a passion for translating insights into design solutions
  • You know how to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
  • You demonstrate creativity and attention to detail in your design work
  • You will join us for a minimum 6 months
  • You have excellent English and German language skills

Responsibilities
  • Conduct UX research by testing out products in our domain and beyond to understand how they enhance user experience or solve user problems
  • Perform competitor research to identify design trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation
  • Create rapid prototypes to test different design solutions for the same problem and compare their effectiveness
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing with users and internal stakeholders to validate design decisions
  • Participate in product SDLC as the design representative in team meetings
  • Help document and test components before finalizing them in our design system
  • Collaborate with product designer and product manager to craft the product experience
  • Support design initiatives across the product development lifecycle
