We’re looking for a Product Designer (m/f/d) to join our Consumer Product Design Team, collaborating closely with a Senior Designer on Top of Funnel initiatives while also supporting the broader consumer funnel, design system, design operations, and user research/discovery efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience across a range of consumer-focused design challenges.

Job Description

  • Support the Senior Product Designer on Top of Funnel design projects, improving how users discover and engage with our platform
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and product analysts to create and refine consumer-facing features across the entire funnel
  • Work on design operations, helping to streamline workflows, tools, and best practices
  • Participate in user research and discovery, gathering insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
  • Own end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery—crafting prototypes, collaborating on design QA, and ensuring a seamless release experience
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
  • A portfolio showcasing product design work (consumer-facing experience is a major plus)
  • Experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
  • A user-first approach, balancing business goals with intuitive and delightful experiences
  • Ability to think beyond the interface, considering user flows, information architecture, and overall UX strategy to create cohesive and effective experiences
  • Familiarity with design systems and design ops best practices, or a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and experience applying insights to design decisions
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, excited to work across teams and learn from senior designers
  • Bonus: Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) or designing for acquisition and engagement
