• Design simple, intuitive and accessible digital experiences
• Turn customer insights into impactful design solutions
• Create wireframes, journeys, flows and prototypes
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver outcomes
• Test, iterate and validate ideas through research and experimentation
• Present design thinking and advocate for customer needs
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing design culture

About You

You'll bring a strong customer mindset, a collaborative approach and a passion for creating digital experiences that make life easier for customers.

You'll also have:

• 2-4+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or a similar role
• Experience working in fast-paced agile, cross-functional product teams
• Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence and Askable
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into solutions
• A solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
• Confidence presenting design decisions and influencing stakeholders
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and move ideas from concept through to delivery
