ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Northspyre is looking for an innovative Product Designer to join our team! This person will help shape the user experience of our core platform and future products used by real estate developers managing billions in project volume. This role is fast-paced, autonomous, and highly cross-functional. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring user-centered design to every product decision. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a start-up disrupting the $2 trillion dollar real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery, iteration, and refinement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into thoughtful product experiences
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user insights and technical feasibility
  • Advocate for design thinking across teams and ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience
  • Partner with Engineering to implement designs and ensure polish in the final product
  • Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and research into design decisions
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and component library
