We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S. About the role You'll design the products at the core of app.ondo.finance — where private clients, high-value investors, and primary-market participants access, subscribe to, and manage sophisticated financial instruments across blockchain ecosystems. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll shape product direction while shipping polished, end-to-end experiences in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Research. We're hiring across mid and senior levels, and the scope of ownership will be calibrated to your experience. What You'll Do Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into intuitive, trustworthy product experiences Design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile Contribute to (and at senior level, drive) product strategy alongside Product and Engineering Build on and evolve our design system, including documentation and tooling Partner with Engineering through implementation to ensure quality and accuracy Define design success metrics and measure the impact of your work Requirements Product thinking. You frame the problem before the solution, connect design decisions to business outcomes, and can push back on scope Craft. High-bar UI and interaction design; your portfolio shows end-to-end systems and polish, not single screens Complexity translation. You make dense, regulated, high-stakes financial information feel simple and trustworthy End-to-end ownership. You take work from discovery through flows, high-fidelity design, engineering handoff, and shipping Self-direction and communication. You thrive in a remote, low-oversight environment and can communicate your design thinking clearly to Product, Engineering, and leadership 3+ years of product design experience designing web or mobile products, ideally with experience shipping fintech, trading, investing, or banking products Nice to Have AI workflows or AI-usage in the product design process Fintech/financial product experience Direct experience in crypto (DeFi, exchanges, wallets, stablecoins, tokenization/RWAs, custody, or onchain analytics) Experimentation and metrics fluency (A/B testing, data-driven design) Familiarity with collaborating with user research Contribution to or management of design systems What we offer Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
