Role Purpose The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting digital experiences with a user-centered design approach. Managing each stage of digital product design, including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and analysis. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers in developing new features Conduct UX Research and translate it into user insights Gather insights about the users from the Customer Success Team Create an elegant User Experience through well-defined Personas, User Stories, Flow Diagrams, Sitemaps, and Wireframes Design with component-based approach and pixel-perfect User Interfaces Prototype new features, test, and optimize Propose improvements for current features based on insights Plan and estimate both simple and complex projects Contribute to and evangelize the OP Design System Comfortable taking on tasks outside of your comfort zone Requirements 5+ years of experience with end-to-end product design, preferably with experience designing solutions for SaaS applications Experience in creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes in Figma or Sketch Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, and iOS) Understanding the business context and user needs is at the top of your list - before getting into prototyping Good knowledge of usability testing - from preparing the prototypes, creating test plans, crafting on-point questions, defining KPIs, recruiting the participants, conducting testing, analyzing, and identifying problems to solve Good understanding of modern front-end technologies Good communication, interpersonal skills, and can-do attitude An excellent eye for design and attention to detail A natural self-starter and problem solver What OnlinePajak can offer Opportunity to make impact to the country and revolutionizing the way companies and individuals process taxes, invoices, and payrolls in Indonesia Opportunity to work in lean organization with international set of team Competitive compensation based on performance and benefits to support your well-being Facility to get strong personal and professional development
