As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a talented Product Designer (Part-time) to join our dynamic team and help craft user-centric product experiences. In this part-time role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences. You will contribute to user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and ensure design consistency across platforms while working flexibly to accommodate your schedule. Join us to make meaningful contributions to our cutting-edge payment platform designed to simplify merchants' operations. Key responsibilities: Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities focusing on merchant needs. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability. Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation. Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Manage time effectively to deliver quality work within part-time hours. 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design. Proficient in Figma and exposure on AI tools, with experience in prototyping and design systems. Strong user-centered design approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Experience in fintech, payments, or hospitality sectors is desirable. Flexible mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
