As a Product Designer, ownership will be paramount in building upon the phenomenal design experiences Robinhood is known for. You’ll have the opportunity to craft creative, magical experiences that wow our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• On the Platform team, we design for seamless money movement and customer care experiences. You’ll be the Product Designer who guides the evolution of our growing portfolio of products.
• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
• Partner closely with content design, research, engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to find sophisticated but practical solutions to design challenges.
• Listen to customers and domain experts to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers.
• Rapidly explore a wide range of concepts and prototypes, then zoom in with precision to refine and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear).
• Navigate the complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top-notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
