This in-office role provides a unique opportunity to drive and shape our design and innovation initiatives, utilizing your design skills to develop user-centric products that align with our ambitious vision. This role demands a proactive collaborator who is skilled in engaging diverse teams and stakeholders to enhance our range of products, including web platforms, native apps, and internal tools. By employing a broad spectrum of UX design and research techniques, you will craft meaningful experiences that resonate with users. Responsibilities: Own UX initiatives that drive design and functional innovation across our digital platforms. Participate in every phase of the design process, from ideation to implementation, to ensure exceptional user experiences. Conduct UX research to validate concepts and guide design choices as needed. Develop scalable and high-impact designs that improve conversion rates and user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, analysts, strategists, and engineers—to enhance product offerings. Utilize insights from user research and analytics to help product managers optimize feature performance and usability. Present and defend design decisions to different teams and senior leadership, integrating constructive feedback into future iterations. Promote a team environment that values open communication and balances user and business outcomes. Minimum Experience & Qualifications: 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or similar roles. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (and similar tools). Proficiency in leveraging AI within the design process. Experience designing for various platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. Excellent communication skills; adept at articulating design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in Agile development environments and a solid history of delivered projects. A continuous learner with a passion for staying current with the latest design trends and tools. Experience in UX research, design thinking workshop facilitation, content design, or UX architecture is a plus.
