Job Description What you'll be doing: Work with your team to spot opportunities and solve real user problems. Partner with PMs, engineers, and other designers to shape great solutions. Run research, map user journeys, and bring ideas to life with prototypes. Design clear, engaging experiences that drive onboarding, adoption, and retention. Help keep our design system consistent and evolving. Share ideas, test fast, and keep improving how we design at Sana. Qualifications What you'll bring 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio. Experience shipping for both desktop and mobile. Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and using data to improve designs. Strong service design mindset, comfortable navigating B2B complexity and multi-actor journeys across roles, touchpoints, and systems. Ability to translate business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions. Hands-on with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, etc.). Curious and experimental mindset: quick to sketch, test, and learn. Experience leading workshops and bringing different voices into the process. Use AI tools naturally as part of your workflow.
