You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs. As part of a cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to present your ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals in a collaborative, supportive, working environment. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 2-5 years of relevant design experience (internships included). An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users. Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions. A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills. Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication. Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
