JOB DESCRIPTION

At Shift, we put our customers and business first and our Product Designers play a key role in making that happen. As a Product Designer, you’ll work across multiple platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into clear, effective solutions.
You’ll be supporting both our existing customers and the internal teams who serve them. This is an end-to-end role, where you’ll be involved in everything from identifying opportunities to delivering robust, high-quality interfaces especially where visual execution and differentiation really matter.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the end-to-end design process, from discovery through to execution
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to define and shape the user experience
  • Map out customer journeys and task flows from end to end
  • Design and prototype user interfaces that meet business and user needs
  • Validate your designs using pragmatic and lean methods
  • Advocate for product design by sharing work early, promoting best practices, and building strong relationships with stakeholders
