We are seeking a passionate and pragmatic Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our global customer base. You will be a critical part of our product development process, responsible for turning complex business and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and elegant designs. This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves to solve complex problems and is eager to make a significant impact on a product used by millions. You will be a champion for our users, ensuring we deliver a world-class experience that is both powerful and easy to use.   Key Tasks and Responsibilities * Design & Execute: Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for new features and improvements, from user research and conceptual ideation to wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and final UI design. * Solve Complex Problems: Turn complex user workflows and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and beautifully crafted user interfaces. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and business goals, and partner with Engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest standard. * Champion the User: Advocate for a user-centered design approach by participating in and drawing insights from user research, usability testing, and data analysis. * Contribute to Our Design System: Help build and maintain our design system and UI component library to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across our product suite. * Articulate Your Decisions: Clearly present and justify your design work to stakeholders, explaining the "why" behind your design choices and incorporating feedback into your process. * Collaboration: Successfully working cross-functionally across product, user, marketing, brand, and development teams to deliver delightful experiences to users through your design. * Defining the Problem: Clearly stating the problem statement or goal at the beginning of each piece of work to ensure focused and impactful designs. * Customer Insights: Gaining customer-centric insights for your flows and designs by conducting customer interviews and usability testing. * Iterative Improvements: Planning and executing on frequently collecting user feedback and iterating on UI/UX designs to continuously enhance the product.   To be successful you will possess the following skills and attributes: * Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong focus on SaaS or complex web applications. * A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to solve complex UX problems, your strong visual design skills, and your end-to-end design process. * A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating experiences that solve their problems and meet their needs. * Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure) and a strong understanding of user research methodologies. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with team members in product, engineering, and beyond. * An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and a passion for tackling challenging design problems.     We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that represents an environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility and welcomes diversity.   Our values of Dream Big, Win together, Keep it simple and Make it happen are the foundation for fostering an environment where diversity of thinking, skills and experiences are embraced, delivering innovation and better business results.   We value our team by offering; * WHERE YOU WORK MATTERS: We understand the benefit of a flexible schedule where you can best impact both your personal and work life, so we offer a hybrid working arrangement, work from home set up reimbursement and a global mobility policy.  * PUT FAMILY FIRST: We know that building a family take priority, therefore we offer a generous parental leave program: 26 weeks salary for primary care giver and 4 weeks salary for secondary care giver * CELEBRATE YOURESELF: By providing a day off for your birthday, we want you to take the time to celebrate the year you’ve had with your nearest and dearest.  * TAKE A BREAK: Enjoy a generous annual leave program. Responsibilities
