Stockford Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an innovative SaaS business to help them hire a Senior Product Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, hands-on designer to join a fast-growing company and shape the direction of a cutting-edge Direct Mail platform used by a wide range of businesses.
As Senior Product Designer, you’ll take the lead in creating thoughtful, end-to-end product experiences that solve real customer problems. Your work will go beyond UI — it’ll be grounded in research, product strategy, and business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, elegant, and effective solutions from discovery through to delivery.

BONUS EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Prior experience in SaaS or marketing automation environments.
  • Understanding of direct mail or customer communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, product analytics, or experimentation methods.

    Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead product discovery: Conduct workshops, user research, and interviews to define problems, clarify outcomes, and surface new opportunities.
  • Design seamless user journeys: Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes and define user flows that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive decisions with research: Plan and run usability tests, interpret findings, and ensure the user perspective is embedded in all product work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with developers and product managers throughout the entire build cycle.
  • Establish and evolve design systems: Maintain design principles and patterns that support consistency and scale across the product.
  • Balance feasibility and impact: Use data and insights to make decisions that balance user needs, tech constraints, and business outcomes.
  • Mentor and upskill others: Share your knowledge with peers and contribute to growing the design maturity across the team.
  • Contribute to product strategy: Help influence the product roadmap through insights, research, and a deep understanding of user needs.
