Description
Description Help Us Imagine, Illustrate, and Inspire At Stampin’ Up!, creativity isn’t just what we do and it’s who we are. For 35+ years, we’ve been helping people connect, celebrate, and create through stamps, ink, paper, and innovative crafting tools. And right now, we’re in an exciting season of bold reinvention, fast-tracking new products, simplifying processes, and designing at a pace like never before. That means we’re looking for a Product Designer who’s energized by change, thrives on collaboration, and can flex their creative muscles in all kinds of art styles. This role is equal parts illustrator, graphic designer, problem-solver, and detail-obsessed documenter. You’ll take ideas from concept through production, working with our Research & Development team, refining specifications, and collaborating across teams to bring products to life. One week you might be sketching stamp art, the next illustrating stickers, and the next finalizing specs for a brand-new crafting kit. No two days will look the same and we love it that way. What You’ll Do Design and illustrate new products—kits, stamps, paper, tools, and accessories—that align with brand strategies and goals Balance creativity with deadlines by consistently moving weekly product assignments forward Generate product ideas and contribute to trend-based planning Present progress and collaborate in review meetings with designers, cross-functional partners, and leadership Ensure all output artwork is accurate, complete, and follows product guidelines Verify engineered artwork and physical products are production-ready What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you’re: Comfortable with change—you can adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and roll with rework when needed. Versatile in your style—from playful and character-driven illustrations to sophisticated & artistic designs. Collaborative—you love working with other designers and cross-functional partners. Process-minded—you’re great at documenting, checking specs, and ensuring designs are production-ready. Deadline-driven—you can balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment Bonus points if you have experience developing a new product from concept all the way through production. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, or equivalent experience 1–2 years of professional design experience (graphic, product, or both) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience designing physical products (ideally in the crafting or lifestyle space) Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently Why You’ll Love Working at Stampin’ Up! A generous benefits package that shows we care Casual dress code (every day feels like Friday) Hands-on crafting experiences—no pressure, all fun Plenty of paid time off for work/life actual balance Tuition assistance + 401(k) with a company match A team that values connection, creativity, and compassion
