Tecsa is now looking to build the best team to execute this next phase of its strategy and is looking for a Product Designer to guide the customer-centric design of this platform.
The Product Designer reports directly to the Product Delivery Director and is responsible for designing and creating world-class product design experiences that are compelling and easy to use across our retail analytics platform.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum four to five years of product design experience on large-scale applications, ideally within an in-house, customer-centric, corporate environment
  • Strong strategic designer, comfortable analysing problems using experimentation, analytics, and data
  • Experience with SaaS and retail/ consumer product design is advantageous
  • Familiarity with modern software development processes, product management and how design teams fit into the agile process
  • Expert knowledge of user-centred design principles, UX best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, feedback sessions, etc
  • A portfolio demonstrating solid design skills and deep knowledge of the design process
  • You’ll also have core experience in interaction design, wireframing (low-fi to high-fi), working within brand guidelines, design tokens and design systems
  • Tools: Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Miro, Adobe CC Design
  • Systems: MUI, Carbon (IBM)
