OVERVIEW:

Pillway is building tech products to simplify the patient experience. As a Product Designer, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to create innovative product experiences that improve people’s lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in product UX/UI design for SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
  • Present a stunning portfolio showcasing real-world case studies that demonstrate strong product thinking, problem-solving, a delightful look and feel, and meticulous execution down to the last detail.
  • Demonstrate skill in crafting complex user flows and responsive interfaces across multiple products.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, considering all aspects of a design beyond visuals of a single screen.
  • Show proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Suite, Data Analysis, and Project Management tools.
  • Experience with usability testing, user interviews, user acceptance testing and persona definition.
  • Understand the design-to-development process and how design choices affect frontend and backend development process in different products.
  • Experience with digital health products is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, beginning with research and ideation through high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and final handoff, while aligning with product goals and user needs.
  • Devise and refine complex user flows for SaaS, Mobile, Web, B2B, and B2C products, ensuring each solution adheres to brand standards and delivers a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints of a platform and different users involved.
  • Rapidly iterate using Figma, FigJam, and Miro to gather feedback, validate concepts, and refine designs based on insight on all levels of the design process.
  • Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to streamline execution and maintain alignment on multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.
  • Understand the technical impact of design decisions and collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and scalability.
  • Leverage engagement metrics and analytics to guide iterative improvements and measure performance against key objectives as well as informing and validating design decisions.
  • Anticipate every UI state, user flow and edge case before development to deliver a seamless end-to-end product experience.
  • Use project management tools like Jira and ClickUp to provide timely updates, keep stakeholders informed, and manage schedules effectively.
  • Be extremely organized by providing regular status updates, rapidly addressing challenges, and ensuring projects remain within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, tools and best practices.
