XTEND develops and builds innovative products enabling humans to control multiple machines intuitively and effectively. We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer (UX/UI). You will own all types of design tasks, from marketing and visual design to interface and concept design of active and future products. Responsibilities: Own all aspects of XTEND’s product and visual design Gain deep and precise understanding of our users and possess the ability to communicate their state-of-mind, needs and thoughts Dream, design and test XTEND’s products and interfaces Produce high-quality visual design for the company’s business needs Requirements Proven experience designing production-grade products - Must Experience solving complex UX problems with a physical component - Must Independence and proactivity - ability to detect, promote and lead design-related projects and tasks Profound empathy and understanding of human behavior - an ability to think and feel the way others do Proficiency with mainly Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator and experience with prototyping tools Excellent written and communication skills in English - Must Advantage: B. Design or considerable relevant experience to match Experience flying drones Experience with AR/VR design Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
