As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in elevating the user experience of our decision-support platform, used by global enterprises. You will work across complex data workflows to create world-class customer experiences and contribute to a user-centric design culture within Arcadis. Collaborating closely with product designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers, you will transform complex data insights into seamless and intuitive user experiences. Role accountabilities: Contribute to UX/UI design for the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite, helping deliver world-class user experiences. Simplify complexity—help translate advanced data and analytics into intuitive user experiences that make data-heavy applications easy to navigate and act on. Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, contributing to consistent, high quality design work. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business goals. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions with real user insights. Contribute to the Arcadis Design System, helping maintain consistency across enterprise applications and supporting its ongoing evolution. Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation and help ensure a high level of design quality in the final product. Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking. Experience designing applications with global reach and diverse user needs. Proven experience designing for complex, global-scale enterprise applications, data-heavy platforms, or analytics tools. Hands-on experience with UX research methods — from planning and conducting user interviews or usability testing to applying insights in the design process.
