About the role We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX) to contribute solid UX craft and systems thinking to this mission-critical product. You’ll help shape how these capabilities show up in the product with clarity, control, and trust. In this role, you’ll work across the product lifecycle, translating complex requirements into usable, elegant interfaces with support from other designers and your cross-functional partners. You’ll collaborate to clarify user problems, prototype solutions, and iterate based on real feedback. You’ll deepen your skills in data-driven design, AI-enhanced interfaces, and market intelligence tools, growing alongside an experienced team that’s building the next generation of embedded analytics. What you'll do Product Design Deliver end-to-end UX design for key product areas from problem framing to polished UI. Contribute to design strategy within your team pod, clarifying ambiguous problems and pursuing user and business outcomes. Translate product goals into elegant interaction models, intuitive information architecture, and accessible interfaces. Design experiences that incorporate AI-generated insights, while balancing transparency, control, and usability. Collaborate with PMs and engineers to explore how AI can enhance product utility, responsiveness, and user trust. Prototype Development Rapidly prototype concepts to explore ideas, validate hypotheses, and align stakeholders. Participate in user tests, analyze behavioral data, and iterate designs based on insights and feedback. Collaborate closely with researchers and PMs to ensure solutions are grounded in real user needs. Comfortable facilitating evaluative research or usability testing sessions and synthesizing insights to inform iteration. Collaboration and Implementation Work closely with engineering teams to refine and implement design concepts, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development. Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers, ensuring accurate and consistent implementation. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout development. Present design decisions in the context of user impact and business goals, helping teams navigate trade-offs and make informed choices. Continuous Learning and Development Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, user research, and accessibility. Engage in peer feedback and collaborative sessions to continually improve design quality. Contribute to the evolution of our design system to maintain consistency and scalability. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in data products or market intelligence platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and a user-centered design process. (Please ensure your portfolio is linked or attached when applying.) Proficiency in Figma and other relevant tools. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Clear communicator in English, effective across distributed teams. Able to take a design challenge from definition through delivery, incorporating feedback loops with PMs and engineers. Holds a high bar for craft, clarity, and usability across all layers of the UX. Bonus Points for Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting. Familiarity with market intelligence, data visualization, or BI tools. Hands-on with tools like Lovable, Bolt, or V0; interested in next-gen prototyping. Exposure to front-end development frameworks like React.
