Job Description As an Experienced Product Designer (UX & UI) in the Wix Design System team, you’ll play a central role in shaping and evolving Wix’s design foundations. Manage the entire design cycle, from research to crafting pixel-perfect UI for every scenario and state, all the way to handoff to development. Conduct extensive product research based on data, usability sessions, support tickets, and competitive analysis. Educate and mentor designers across Wix about best practices for using the Design System. Define and maintain clear contribution and maintenance processes for components, from creation to adoption. Drive consistency across multiple products while balancing flexibility and scalability. Deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, brand designers, UX writers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems. Deep proficiency in Figma — including variables, tokens, components, and themes. Experience with large-scale production design systems and multi-product environments. Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript). Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG). Additional Information We are Wix’s UX/UI Guild.
