Your work won’t just be used by urban, tech-savvy users — it will directly impact everyday Indians in small towns. The interfaces you design will power purchases, build trust, and create delightful retail experiences for families across Bharat. What you’ll be doing: • Design end-to-end product experiences across our consumer, store, and partner-facing apps • Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to translate business goals into intuitive designs • Conduct user research and usability testing, especially keeping Tier 3–5 users in mind (language, tech literacy, behavioral habits) • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD • Maintain design consistency and evolve the design system as the product scales • Think mobile-first, but always user-first What we’re looking for: • 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (experience in B2C/B2B2C apps is a plus) • A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, attention to detail, and user empathy • Comfort with low-bandwidth, small-screen experiences • Ability to simplify — to build for clarity, not clutter • Sensitivity to regional context: visual language, fonts, colors, and flows that work for small-town users \n
