The Product Developer is part of the product development team Enterprise Market (EM). The candidate will develop, coordinate and facilitate rapid product and technology development for diapers and diaper pants.

In this role, you will:

  • Consumer insight driven product development and delivery of product renovation and innovation strategy in the 1–3-year horizon.
  • Apply specific development expertise and use judgement / assessment on new ideas for application as part of Enterprise Market (EM) regional innovation execution across the open diaper / pant portfolio.
  • Influence the EM team’s development plans and consistently nurture innovation & solution delivery to meet business objectives
  • Participates and leads consumer studies that support new product innovations / renovation, providing recommendations for change
  • Actively discover and unfold commercially viable development opportunities within the R&D organization using strong technical curiosity.
  • Focus efforts to the consumer and consumer benefit
  • Ensures all work complies with corporate safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability requirements
  • Protects and defends Kimberly-Clark proprietary technology and products through use of patents and trade secrets and protection of proprietary information. Challenges competitive intellectual property to ensure right to practice for Kimberly-Clark

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product, Material Development or Engineering role.
  • Ability to establish and sustain a global network, fertilize successful partnerships with customers having diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Provide significant input into the innovation plans
  • Ability to travel internationall
