We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Product / Project Developer to drive our product expansion and growth for years to come!.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in product development, project management, and supply chain, ideally within e-commerce, print-on-demand (POD), or DTC businesses in the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
  • Experience with the entire supply chain including research, analysis, sourcing, supplier outreach, negotiation, product integration, implementation, and quality control.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or similar platforms.
  • Technical understanding of production processes, operations, and print technologies (like sublimation and digital printing) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the research and development of new products and suppliers in the US market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) and external suppliers to manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality production and service.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Explore opportunities to expand into new product categories or enhance existing ones.
  • Use data to forecast product demand and optimize inventory planning.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and POD industry innovations to keep the brand competitive.
