We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Product Developer & Purchasing Assistant. This unique role is ideal for someone with a passion for innovation, product design, and supply chain coordination. You’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our high-quality storage, handling, and access equipment offerings—while ensuring smooth procurement processes that support our operational excellence.

Product Concept & Development

  • Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales teams to develop innovative concepts for storage and access equipment
  • Create product briefs, sketches, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new product concepts
  • Support testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
  • Maintain documentation throughout the product development lifecycle

Purchasing & Procurement Support

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing for components and finished goods
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, lead times, and cost metrics
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate inventory levels and stock replenishment
  • Support quality control checks and resolve any supply chain issues with vendors
