Our story officially began back in 2008, when the team at Cotton On Group saw a chance to take their apparel know-how one step further, helping Cotton On Womenswear and Cotton On Body customers complete their look, head to toe. The team put their fashion-cred and footwear addiction to work, to create a complementary range of shoes and accessories and opened stores dedicated to just that.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary degree / qualification in Product Development
  • Proven experience in a similar Product Developer role, accessories is highly regarded • Demonstrated experience of product specifications, construction and measurement, composition and materials.

• Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator. • Possess hands on experience dealing and collaborating with buyers and suppliers.

• A high level of accuracy and a high attention to detail together with ability to multi task and prioritise.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Rubi team as a Product Developer in our Footwear category on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the pivotal link between the buyer and the supplier, you will be responsible for sending accurate information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring production is completed in a timely manner. Your key areas of focus will be style production, managing production and shipping schedules, approve lab dips, strikes offs , product measurements and fittings, sample coordination and technical drawings.
