PROFILE

Technical Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in design or in a related field. • 5+ years of experience in positions related to product development in the textile field. Experience managing categories such as prints and jacquard is a plus. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent English language skills. French proficiency is a plus. • Experience with PLM systems is highly desirable. Responsibilities

The Product Developer is responsible for the development of the textile accessories category by interacting with the style and marketing office in Paris, suppliers, and internal team members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Leading the charge in responding to requests from the Style office, driving the development of innovative new collections inspired by marketing briefs. • Pioneering the search for cutting-edge materials for projects, adhering to LVMH guidelines and championing sustainability. • Orchestrating the management of special samples, from orders to deliveries and dispatch, ensuring seamless execution. • Spearheading the preparation and timely arrival of prototypes for collection meetings, guaranteeing meticulous organization and proactive follow-up with both the Marketing & Design teams. • Ensuring the validation of prototypes with unwavering adherence to company KPIs and optimized time to market. • Conducting diligent weekly development follow-ups with the industrial, quality, and buying teams, fostering continuous improvement. • Leading supplier follow-ups on ongoing development projects and scouting new suppliers that meet LVMH’s high standards. • Mastering budget management through vigilant follow-up and precise purchase order creation. • Innovatively creating and maintaining product records using the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
