Salary: Up to £27,466.16 per annum
Contract: Fixed term for 18 months

ABOUT THE STRATEGY, KNOWLEDGE AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAM:

• The Strategy, Knowledge and Product Development team is a dynamic group dedicated to driving insight-led product development and supporting the charity’s vision and strategy. Drawing on a range of expertise, the team works collaboratively to identify emerging opportunities, harness data-driven insights, and develop products that amplify both impact and engagement. By prioritising strategic thinking and continuous learning, they help ensure the charity remains at the forefront of animal welfare initiatives, delivering meaningful benefits to cats and the communities that care for them.

• To support the delivery of the charity’s Product Development programme, working across multiple teams within the Marketing and Income Generation directorate. The role will support the development and execution of new product development to ultimately grow income, reach and engagement for Cats Protection.
