JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Product Development Associate is responsible for evaluating the feasibility of a product to be developed or being reviewed for enhancement by researching and analyzing statistical, financial, and competitive information.

• Gathers data on the possible product features, potential market segment or target market.
• Searches for the latest product/s being offered locally and abroad that the Company may explore.
• Analyzes and interprets data to identify patterns and solutions related to the product.
• Conceptualizes, proposes and maintains a business intelligence program for the Company.
• Determines the rates and product design for the proposed products.
• Identifies and solves product/pricing problems by performing analysis of data.
• Assists with the analysis and implementation of changes to existing products.

Qualification

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university major in Math, Economics, Accountancy, or any business and statistics course.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in research, statistical or analytical work.
