QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or regulatory support (CPG, supplements, or health products preferred).
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with a sharp, professional tone.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between structured process work and fast-paced project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general office software.
  • Experience communicating with suppliers and external vendors across time zones and cultures.
  • A natural problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to continually improve processes.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Health Canada NPN requirements, quality assurance documentation, or supplement regulations.
  • Also Helpful: Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
