Description
The Product Development Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who supports the execution of the product development process from concept to production. This role will assist with project tracking, sample management, SKU coordination, and cross-team communication to ensure the timely and accurate development of products across multiple categories and channels (DTC, wholesale, and licensing). Responsibilities: Support the Product Development in managing timelines, deliverables, and action items across product design, sourcing, and packaging. Maintain and update product development trackers and calendars, ensuring alignment with go-to-market timelines and milestone meetings. Act as a liaison between design, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment on assortments, timelines, and specifications. Own the sample management process, including tracking sample requests, organizing samples for meetings, and ensuring timely feedback loops. Support in creating and maintaining accurate SKU data across systems like FlexPLM. Ensure all product attributes, pricing, packaging specs, and regulatory/compliance notes are accurately recorded. Coordinate with Sales to provide product information sheets for key accounts. Facilitate smooth handoffs and communication across departments, especially between Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in a product development, operations, merchandising, or production support role (internship experience okay) Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with PLM or ERP systems a plus Passion for consumer products, design, and product innovation Ability to work in office 4 days per week
