Description
Duties/Responsibilities: Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development. Prepare presentations for the management team, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations. Develop and launch new lending products tailored to corporate clients, including factoring products. Review and adjust processes and procedures to ensure alignment with new policies and strategic directions. Prepare and manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements for lending products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products comply with updated policies and regulations. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lending product development and acquisition within banks or non-bank financial institutions. Thai nationality only. Proven experience in commercial or SME lending. Strong background in dealing with regulators, including compliance with the Bank of Thailand and other relevant authorities. In-depth understanding of processes and procedures within the retail lending business. Knowledge of factoring products and their application in corporate lending. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
