As an Operative from Operations, you will bring vital production knowledge to the Product Development team. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement by executing root cause analysis and leading trials focused on existing product recipes and process optimisation across the Operations floor. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct end-to-end root cause analysis across multiple production runs, focusing on collecting relevant data to identify areas for process and yield improvement. Process Control Monitoring & Compliance: Actively monitor adherence to established process controls for optimal performance and product quality, working collaboratively with Operations teams to course correct deviations and ensure consistency where necessary. Trial Coordination & Leadership: Coordinate and lead operational trials to test identified process improvements, recipe iterations for existing products, and new product development based on customer feedback. Project Execution: Actively manage and support key projects.
