Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Handling of Technical enquiries from sales and OEMs for Bosch Automotive Connectors Platform and series ownership for Bosch Connectors families Mold tool and part release activities Production part deviation approvals Perform Tolerance stack up Customer model preparation and deliveries Perform requirement analysis, focus matrix Interpretation of manufacturing and offer drawings Preparation of technical customer documentation Change representative for ECRs Connector and OEMs Specification comparison Perform Risk Estimation and Assessment Conduction 8Ds Technical support in handling the field complaints. Connector validation/Design verification and its requirements Perform Application/Feasibility study for new enquiries.Mandatory skills Knowledge on thermoplastics, elastomers, metals & plating materials Knowledge on manufacturing process like molding, stamping, plating & Assembly processes Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up, tool-UG NX & team Centre Knowledge on GOM/Measurement report analysis Exposure to connector test specification / OEM specifications Ability to interact with Cross functional teams Problem solving & analytical capabilities. Perform Benchmarking of Connector Preferred skills: Work experience in connector industry / automotive domain is added advantage Team leading experience, pro-active approach towards team development. Exposure to plastic injection molding tooling, sheet metal (forming, stamping) tools, connector assembly tools Knowledge on Vibration risk assessment Experience/participation in 8D, DRBFM/focus matrix and FMEA for connector Knowledge in project management tools like MS project & other MS office tools. Have good presentation skills. Proficient in English language. German language will be added advantage.
