[https://www.lgensol-vt.com.]   Job Title: Production Development Engineer Reports to: Production Development Manager Locations: Phoenix, Arizona Summary This role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving technical issues on the production line. The position focuses on maximizing productivity through effective troubleshooting of mass-produced products (BESS/Battery Pack) and implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to improve assembly efficiency and reduce quality costs. Responsibilities: [Mass Production Troubleshooting] 50. Technical Issue Resolution: Provide immediate technical support for troubleshooting BESS (Electronic, Water-cooling, Mechanical) and Battery-related issues. 51. Rework Management: Establish rework processes and maintain a final production. 52. Root Cause Analysis: Analyze repeated defects to prevent recurrence and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 53. Real-time Response: Maintain and resolution for items requiring immediate action. [DFM & Process Optimization] 50. DFM Feedback: Provide design feedback from a manufacturing perspective to improve assembly ease and standardize parts. 51. Defect Inventory Management: Ensure 99% accuracy between physical and system (BESS) inventory for defective parts. 52. DFM & Market Feedback: Recommends the nature and scope of present and future products to R&D by reviewing product specifications and appraising new product ideas.   Qualifications: 50. Bachelor's degree or higher; Majoring in Electrical (highly preferred), Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering is preferred. Experience: 50. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret circuit diagrams/drawings and perform data-driven problem-solving. 51. Prior experience in the production field or with manufacturing Equipment/automation systems is preferred. 52. Technical Background: Technical background with experience, aptitude, or interest in material science, chemistry, or engineering. 53. Language: Fluent in English; Korean is preferred. 54. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret circuit diagrams/drawings and perform data-driven problem-solving. Physical Requirements & Work Conditions: 50. Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE  51. On-site Requirement: Due to the nature of the role—specifically the requirement for real-time troubleshooting, and direct collaboration with production line operators—this position is 100% on-site.
