JOB SUMMARY: Monitoring the product development, together with US HQ team, cross functional teams and vendors to meet the testing, quality, aesthetic and cost requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Responsible for Product Development & Product testing. Work with the vendor and US HQ designer team for product construction specification, CAD drawing. A communication connection between vendors and HQ for development. Monitor sampling process, review sample quality, workmanship, finishings per specification. Identify potential risks of product in construction, material and work out resolutions. Provide cost-saving options to business team. Review & approve AI and PDS files Get familiar and updated with related testing protocols and verify testing standard with Singapore QA team as well as 3rd party labs Monitor the vendors test at labs. Lead pre-production meeting to specify product quality standard for bulk. Identify the root reason of production failure together with QA team. Work with vendor and QA team to improve bulk quality. Additional responsibilities and performs special projects capabilities as needed are desired JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE: Product knowledge. CAD drawing & reading ability is must and prefer the capability of CAD drawing edit. Good understanding of production process. Good communication skills with vendors and HQ. Good English in both writing and oral. Spirit of team-work and willing to travel frequently. #LI-KW1
