• Conduct lab or pilot-scale trials and collect performance data in an organized and professional manner
• Maintain lab equipment, manage raw material inventory, and ensure proper waste handling
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as, Product development, QA, production, and engineering
• Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
• Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including digital lab tools (e.g., Albert, Vegam)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, SOPs, and documentation protocols
