QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Diploma / Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Completed ISO, HACCP, FSSC and/ or Risk Management course
  • Minimum one or two years of experience working in food manufacturing environment
  • Experience in ISO, HACCP, Risk management and GMP will be an advantage
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

To work closely with sales and R&D team in coming up with for new product.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with sales and R&D team to establish workflow for new products.
  • Conduct business case analysis for new products to be developed.
  • Develop product pipeline with time lines and identity gaps based on business strategy of the company.
  • Liaise with the relevant functions from concept to launch of product
  • Work with production / suppliers to document relevant product info eg. Prep process, specification, costing, for downstream activities eg. Finance reporting, selling price and more.
  • Identify and develop sources of information for trends in consumer lifestyle, preferences, spending and more.
  • Any other duties assigned by reporting officer of Head of Department.
