In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications: Requirements We're looking for quick-learning, technically oriented engineers with the following qualities: 3+ years of engineering experience launching product Lighting experience is a plus Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness. Proven results towards continuous improvements Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in engineering 3+ years of experience in related field Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder Manufacturing experience is a plus!
