We design and build bespoke servers and network appliances, working with the latest technology from leading suppliers like Intel, AMD, ASUS, Nvidia, and MSI. We have a broad customer base with products in the CCTV, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Network Emulation and Financial Trading sectors, to name a few. We work with a wide range of hardware from network appliances and traditional rackmount servers to multi-GPU and overclocked servers. Every day is different and presents new challenges.
As part of our growth strategy we’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Product Development Lead to join our team. Product Development is a key business activity, ensuring we continue to surpass customer expectations by providing industry leading products. As Product Development Lead you will be responsible for analysing customer software and hardware requirements to develop comprehensive hardware specifications. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and design engineers to ensure products meets all functional, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Working with the Chief Operations Officer you will oversee the Product Development team, prioritising workloads, ensuring project deadlines are met, mentoring junior engineers, monitoring team performance and act as a point of escalation for technical and operational issues within the team.

CANDIDATE SKILLS:

· Required:

  • Technical expertise in consumer and enterprise grade computer hardware
  • Experience with Windows & Linux Operating Systems
  • Basic networking understanding
  • Project Management experience
  • Leadership experience

· Beneficial:

  • Material & metal working experience
  • CAD & 3D printing experience
  • Experience with enterprise features such as PXE, IPMI/iLO
  • Data Centre or other hardware deployment experience
  • Project management certification
