Description
You will work in a cross-functional team to create market-leading insurance products. Job Responsibilities: * Drive the product creation and development cycle, from ideation and research, to implementation * Manage the end-to-end rollout of new insurance products, including optimizing the value proposition, distribution channels, and the overall product development process * Build collaborative relationships with internal counter parties or external business partners * Ensure all product development activities are conducted with high integrity and adhere to established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to mitigate potential risks * Construct product collaterals for necessary internal and regulatory approvals * Continuously analyze market intelligence to understand market trends in products, services and customer journeys * Lead a small team and nurture junior staff   Job Requirements: * University degree in a relevant discipline, such as actuarial science, finance, or business administration are preferred  * At least 5 years hands on experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the areas of product development, product marketing, channel development or actuarial * Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese * Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and excellent analytical skills * Ability to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions with various stakeholder * Agile and have strong execution capability   Candidate with less experience can be considered as an Assistant Manager.   We offer 5-day work week, attractive remuneration package and excellent training & development opportunities.
