Description
Manager, Product Development, Fund Services Coordinate across global business and technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Delivering these services to our clients and their investors is a diverse team of 1,400 highly skilled employees across the globe based in New York, London, Glasgow, Dublin, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hong Kong. Manage and implement strategic priorities for Portfolio Accounting platform. Lead requirement gathering, testing, system rollouts, data conversion, and integration projects. Provide user support, track issues, and manage enhancement requests post-implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and hedge fund accounting (Valuation, Reconciliation, OTCs, etc.). Experience implementing fund terms and understanding accountancy principles. Proven track record in requirements gathering, testing, and system rollouts. Familiarity with digital solutions such as robotics, automation, data analytics, and visualization. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders for prioritization and tracking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience working in globally distributed teams and complex matrix environments. CA/MBA/CFA/Engineer with 5+ years of experience, including 2-3 years in process improvement or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Access). Knowledge of databases and project management tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.). Understanding basic Gen AI concepts and usage is a plus.
