Responsibilities

As a Product Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, shaping the future of investment products. This role is based in either Sydney or Melbourne and is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working model – 3 days in the office and the rest from home. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment, driving the product roadmap and launching new investment capabilities.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with our wealth product strategy.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Plan, design, and launch new product capabilities, including feeder funds and discretionary portfolios.
  • Lead supplier selection process including market scanning, request for proposals, evaluation, negotiation and approvals.
  • Engage with vendors to delivery product roadmap
  • Investment structuring, onboarding, and portfolio management.
  • Design end-to-end product and operational processes across internal teams and vendors.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define milestones, prioritize features, and manage dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product priorities.
  • Interpret customer and business needs, translating them into business requirements.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant obligations, policies, and internal processes.
  • Support change management and implementation.
  • Manage the governance process around new products and material product changes.
