Description

As the Product Development Manager, you’ll lead the Edible Product Development Team, overseeing internal and external initiatives from concept to commercialization. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food, beverage, cannabis, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing and deep knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Our global cannabinoid client is committed to advancing cannabis research, hiring talented people who thrive on solving difficult problems, helping to shape this highly innovative industry.
You’ll collaborate across departments, manage multidisciplinary projects, and drive innovation in edible cannabis formats. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline (graduate degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in product development within CPG (cannabis experience is an asset).
  • 4+ years of direct team management experience.
  • Experience in food, beverage, cosmetic, cannabis, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel within North America and EU.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for CPG and cannabis derivative products.
  • Experience with LIMS/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce a plus).
  • Familiarity with QMS: Change Controls, CAPAs, DMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
  • Independent, collaborative, and highly organized team player.
