S1 Teknik Kimia/ MIPA Kimia, Teknologi Pangan atau dengan pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang quality. Memahami dan mampu mengaplikasikan sistem jaminan mutu yang berlaku (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 versi 5.1, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Sistem Jaminan Halal SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, Kosher, ISO 17025 : 2017). Menguasai pengaplikasian program-program komputer. Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan aktif. Mampu menjalin hubungan interpersonal secara efektif.
